The locally produced wool is combed, spun, and woven on a Jacquard loom. Each piece is washed in the village washing facility, air-dried, and then combed.
This outdoor processing gives the wool its authentic softness and feel.
Production is also weather-dependent. In winter, if the washing facility freezes or the cold or humidity is too high, production is suspended until spring.
